Name: Thermoplastic Prepreg Test Line 450°C
Brand: Zloonex

Question 1

What is ultra-thin CFRTP?

Accepted Answer

Continuous carbon or glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite with single UD layers below 0.07 mm. Zloonex spreads fiber to 0.025 mm, so parts mold in seconds and stay 100% recyclable.

Question 2

How thin are Zloonex UD tapes and laminates?

Accepted Answer

UD tapes run 0.07–0.20 mm with 25–40 wt% resin; material-system laminates (PP, PA6, PC, PPS, PEEK, TPI) go down to 0.05 mm at 30–75 wt%, with HDT from 80 to 280 °C depending on the matrix.

Question 3

Is the colored surface really spray-free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — color is built into the fiber surface by a nano-sizing pretreatment, with no electroplating or painting. It is wash-resistant and scratch-resistant, rated Grade 0 adhesion (GB/T 9286, equivalent to ISO 2409 cross-cut test).

Question 4

Can CF/PEEK UD tape be welded and recycled?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The PEEK thermoplastic matrix supports fusion welding and can be re-melted and reshaped, enabling 100% recyclable, zero-waste manufacturing.

Question 5

Which high-temperature options are available?

Accepted Answer

CF/PEEK UD tape serves 180 °C long-term; aerospace-grade CF/TPI serves 260 °C long-term with near-zero CTE and space-radiation resistance for satellite structures.

Question 6

Do you supply equipment as well as materials?

Accepted Answer

Yes — self-developed turnkey lines: fiber spreading and surface modification lines (max drying 250 °C, total power ~60 kW), precision slitting lines (compact 8 kW design), and thermoplastic prepreg test lines (max heating 450 °C, 1–30 mm tape width).

Question 7

Can Zloonex support joint development?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We cooperate through the Ultra-Thin Composite Materials Engineering Application Joint Laboratory with Henan University of Technology, covering composite design, spreading and testing, and structure evaluation.

Question 8

How do I get a quote or datasheet?

Accepted Answer

Email sales@zloonex.com or WhatsApp 0086 138 2436 3401 (WhatsApp only). Mechanical datasheets for colored fabrics are available on request.
