Ultra-Thin Colored Fabrics
Ultra-thin colored fabrics are produced with Zloonex proprietary Fiber Spread-Nano-Sizing process. Instead of electroplating, color is built into the fiber surface through nano-sizing technology, delivering outstanding wash resistance, scratch resistance, and exceptional resin interfacial bonding — with no secondary painting required. Spreading down to 0.025 mm produces an ultra-lightweight non-crimp fabric with low porosity and minimal defects. Single layers are thinner than 0.07 mm, roughly 1/2 to 1/3 the thickness of conventional prepreg fabrics.
CF/PEEK UD Tape 0.07mm
Continuous carbon fiber pre-impregnated with PEEK (polyether ether ketone) in an ultra-thin unidirectional tape. At 0.07–0.20 mm, the tape supports rapid thermoplastic processing — laser-assisted in-situ consolidation, automated tape laying, and hot stamping — replacing autoclave cycles measured in hours with molding cycles measured in seconds to minutes. PEEK matrix gives outstanding toughness with superior impact, delamination, and fatigue resistance. The tape is weldable, repairable, and 100% recyclable.
CF/TPI UD Tape 260°C
Continuous carbon fiber tape pre-impregnated with thermoplastic polyimide (TPI), engineered by a proprietary suspension-melt combined prepreg process. The tape sustains long-term service at 260°C, exhibits a near-zero coefficient of thermal expansion, and withstands space radiation — a combination built for aerospace structures that face thermal cycling and vacuum exposure. Like all Zloonex CFRTP tapes, it is weldable, repairable, and 100% recyclable.
Thermal Conductive Tape 5W/mK
An ultra-thin continuous-fiber thermoplastic tape engineered for heat dissipation. Through-thickness thermal conductivity reaches 5 W/(m·K), giving structural laminates a thermal-management function that ordinary composites cannot provide. The tape is available on TPI, PEEK, and PA6 matrices and supports both in-situ laser consolidation and hot molding.
Small Tow Slitting 0.5K-3K AFP Grade
Precision slitting ±0.01mm. Retains >90% of original fiber mechanical strength. AFP automated placement compatible. 12K spread to 8-25mm. Speed 5-30m/min. Optimized surface treatment for excellent resin infiltration.
Slitted Small-Tow Carbon Fiber
Zloonex slits spread carbon fiber into precision small tows — 1K, 1.5K, 2K, and 3K, with custom specifications available. The slitted tow retains over 90% of the original fiber mechanical strength while significantly reducing raw-material cost, unlocking design freedom for complex automated fiber placement (AFP) and filament winding. Optimized fiber surface treatment ensures fast resin impregnation and strong interface bonding.

Manufacturing Process Flow
Two lines run in sequence. Line 1 produces continuous UD prepreg tape; that tape feeds Line 2 directly to form panels - with no intermediate slitting or re-winding, so fiber orientation is preserved end to end.
