Self-developed industrial machinery for fabricating high-performance continuous-fiber reinforced thermoplastic prepreg UD tape — covering carbon fiber, glass fiber, aramid, basalt, and metallized fiber. The line is built for scientific research needs and industrial mass-production feasibility verification with stability, high efficiency, and low cost. The platform covers the full chain: a thermoplastic prepreg test line (max heating 450 °C), a fiber spreading and surface-modification line, and a precision slitting line with 0.5K minimum tow.
